Immersive technology is rising in many sectors. During UCD Festival, you will have an opportunity to experience hands-on applications that have been developed in UCD, through several different research projects from the School of Computer Science.

Augmented Reality (AR) combines computer-generated overlays with physical reality to create an augmented world. Users interact with superimposed images as they move through the real world. Virtual reality completely immerses the users in a three dimensional and interactive world (to be used only from users over 13 years old).
