At this introduction to Pilates session, join PhysioNow.ie Founder Colette O’Flynn, a UCD B. Physio (Hons) graduate, as she guides an introduction to ‘PhysioPilates’ – a system of exercises to promote strength, posture and flexibility.

 

Pilates exercises focus on abdominal and postural muscles and aims to give you a longer, leaner shape, better posture, a strong back and more mobility.
