Our dairy unit is home to a 180-strong, spring-calving herd that has been supplying high-quality milk to the Irish market for over 100 years! Explore a replica milking parlour, see how milking works with a ‘teaching’ cow, and learn about innovative technology like the calf feeder that helps us care for our young animals.

Our Lyons Farming Team will demonstrate how we use technology to milk, feed, and care for our cows, plus show you how much food they need to stay healthy. It’s a fun and engaging experience for the whole family to learn about farming and where milk comes from!
